Call-to-repair in 6 hours

This service guarantees that the entire computer equipment will be repaired in 6 hours maximum since the breakdown warning. Answer time and repair time have to be distinguished in this service:

• The respond time is the time spent by technicians to arrive with the necessary spare parts that are needed in principle. The repair is not guaranteed because maybe more visits will be needed.
  

• The repair time is the total time spent solving the problem.

This service is usually contracted by companies that have servers whose functions are critical. These companies can’t stop their system so they need an urgent repair: a server used in cash points in a shopping centre is an example.

In order to ensure the repair in all of Spain in only 6 hours we distribute the necessary spare parts to each server among our technicians all around Spain.

We have a 24 hour system, 365 days a year to attend to these breakdowns efficiently.
